Adoption of Amended Planning Scheme Policy 4

Notice is given under the Planning Act 2016 and the Minister’s Guidelines and Rules, that on 25 January 2024, Tablelands Regional Council resolved to adopt amendments to the FNQROC Regional Development Manual Planning Scheme Policy (PSP4) of the Tablelands Regional Council Planning Scheme 2016.

The purpose of the FNQROC Regional Development Manual Planning Scheme Policy (PSP4) Amendment is to ensure that the Regional Development Manual continues to be functional and up to date, and provides a consistent set of standards.

The commencement date for the amendment is Friday 9 February 2024.

A copy of the amended Planning Scheme Policy 4 is available for inspection and purchase at Customer Service Centres in Atherton, Herberton, Malanda and Ravenshoe, and at fnqroc.qld.gov.au/regional-programs/regional-development-manual.
