- Temporary accommodation must meet the requirements for ventilation, ceiling and lighting as required by MP3.3 A3(b) of the Queensland Development Code.
- Temporary home approval is for 12 months. Extensions/renewals must be applied for at least one month before the expiry date and the permanent dwelling must be substantially commenced.
- Fees and charges apply and this application will be processed once payments have been received.
