Spydus Mobile
Spydus Mobile provides 24/7 access to your library. View your library account details, current loans and loan history; reserve or renew items; search for books, ebooks, audiobooks, movies and more; and use the discover feature to find new arrivals and personalised recommendations.
Download the free Spydus Mobile app from your app store or select one of these links:
Once downloaded, open the Spydus app and click Select library. Use the search bar to find and select Tablelands Libraries.
Select Login and enter your borrower ID (library card number) and password (usually the first five letters of your name in lowercase). Select Please select a branch to choose the library you visit most. Then select Login.
To renew your current loans with the Spydus Mobile app:
- Select the menu button (top left corner) and select My Account.
- Select Current loans from the Loans section.
- A list of your current loans will appear. Select Edit (top right corner) and select the items you wish to renew. Select Renew.
- The app will ask you to confirm. Select Confirm to renew your items.
You will be unable to renew an item if another library member has reserved it, or if you have renewed the item twice already.
To search for an item and reserve it:
- Open the Spydus app and select the menu button (top left corner). Select Discover.
- From the Discover page you can search for an item or author using the search bar, or select one of the options below the search bar such as Books For You, Featured Items, New Arrivals, or Others Have Read.
- Once you have found an item you want to reserve, select the title of the item. Then select Reserve.
- Select a pick-up location (i.e. Atherton Library) then select Done.
- Select Confirm to reserve the item.
Libby

You can also visit the Libby (Overdrive) catalogue.
- Once you have downloaded Libby, open the app. It will ask if you have a library card. Select Yes.
- Select I’ll Search For A Library and search for Tablelands Regional Library Service. Select Sign In With My Library Card.
- The app will ask where you use your card. Select Tablelands Regional Library Service and then enter your library card number.

- Open the BorrowBox app and click Library to search for Tablelands Regional Library.
- Enter your library card number and your password (usually the first 5 letters of your name in lowercase).
- To finish creating your account, add your email address.

CloudLibrary Language Collection
Download free ebooks and audiobooks in 25 languages other the English.
- Download the free Cloud library app (Apple, Android and other devices). Open the app and select the language.
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- Select Australia, Queensland and Tablelands Regional Council language collection.
- Enter your library card number.
LinkedIn Learning
Get access to free online training and develop your creativity, business and technology skills with LinkedIn Learning, which offers over 16,000 online courses in seven languages. Log in with your library card online or follow the steps below to use the app.

Once downloaded, open the LinkedIn Learning app and select Sign in. You will then need to select Sign in with your library card.
Enter tablelands as your Library ID, then select Continue.
Finally, enter your library card number and PIN (usually the first 5 letters of your name in lowercase) and click Continue.
Gale Interactive: Science

AustLit

AustLit also includes access to BlackWords, the most comprehensive record of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander publications including writing, storytelling, biographical material, film and much more. AMES provides online English language courses for students and new migrants, which focus on living, studying, and working in Australia.
Library members can gain free access to the AMES World Wide English online course for beginner to intermediate levels. In addition, there is free access to their Living in Australia English online course for students beginning to learn the language.
