The Tableland Fish Stocking Society in conjunction with the Oceania Regional Council of the International Game Fish Association will be conducting a free children’s “Passport to Fishing” clinic on Sunday 15 December at Tinaburra on the Atherton Tablelands from 8am to 12 noon.
This free educational clinic will teach children between 5 to 15 years of age about basic fishing tackle, knot tying, use of rods and reels, casting, environmental stewardship, conservation and angling rules and regulations.
