Free Food Safety Training

Tablelands Regional Council is providing free online food safety training through Environmental Health Australia.

‘This training ensures food business staff have the skills and knowledge to provide safe food for customers, which will help to reduce the risk of food-borne illnesses,’ said Deputy Mayor Kevin Cardew.

‘The training is interactive, logical and self-paced, and it’s available online so can be completed at any time.

‘You must complete food safety training and keep your training current if you work preparing food in a commercial kitchen.

‘Sign up for the free training and ensure your training and food safety records are maintained and available on request,’ said Councillor Cardew.
