People’s Choice — Customer Service Excellence Individual

Recognise a business owner or employee who consistently delivers high-quality service that is responsive to customer needs, responds positively to feedback and goes the extra mile for their customers. This person has gone above and beyond to deliver added service to their customers and shows genuine initiative that ultimately benefits the business.

  • Nominated businesses must be incorporated, sole operator, partnership or not-for-profit entities located in and conducting business predominantly in the TRC Local Government Area.
  • State- and federally-funded organisations are not eligible to apply.
  • Businesses are to nominate themselves in a single category.
  • If the nominee has won a Tablelands Business Excellence award in the previous year they are not eligible to be nominated for the same category this year.
  • Anyone can nominate a business in the People’s Choice categories.
  • By submitting a nomination you agree that TRC may use images and information according to our Contributor License Deed.
  • Non-conforming or unsuitable nominations, and nominations with insufficient information will be deemed ineligible.
  • If judges deem the nominated category is not suitable, they have the right to move nominees to a more suitable category. Nominators are encouraged to discuss the most suitable category for the nominee with our Events Officer prior to submitting a nomination.
  • The judging panel will consist of up to four independent community members and up to two Councillors. The panel will make their decision based on the information provided with the nomination form. The panel’s decision is final.
  • All categories except People’s Choice will be decided by the judging panel.
  • Business nominations close 9am Monday 28 April 2025 and late nominations will not be accepted.
  • People’s Choice nominations are open 9am Tuesday 29 April to 12noon Monday 12 May 2025.
