Planning Scheme Interactive Mapping

Version 5 of the Tablelands Regional Council Planning Scheme 2016 commenced on Monday 9 September 2024. We are updating our interactive mapping to reflect the amended scheme however our current interactive mapping reflects Version 4 planning scheme mapping. Refer to the maps on the Planning Scheme page for Version 5 maps.

The following conditions of this disclaimer must be accepted before proceeding to view the Interactive Mapping made available by Tablelands Regional Council (TRC). You must accept these conditions before entering the site.

By using Interactive Mapping you are choosing to accept the Interactive Mapping terms and conditions. The Interactive Mapping should be considered with TRC’s Planning Scheme. The Interactive Mapping and information contained within the site is not intended to be used for any other purpose other than as stated in Schedule 2 Mapping, SC2.1(1) of the Planning Scheme.

The Interactive Mapping information is made available as a general reference source only. While every effort has been made to ensure that the information is correct and up to date, TRC does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness or suitability of any such information and makes no warranty or representation about the content of the information.

TRC is not responsible to you for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred by you as a result of any error, omission or misrepresentation in relation to the Interactive Mapping. TRC does not claim any intellectual property rights in relation to mapping produced by the Queensland Government and referenced in points 2 and 3 below. As advised in Schedule 2 Mapping, SC2.1(5) of the Planning Scheme, Queensland Government maps can be changed without notice to TRC or the community, and the changed maps can have immediate application. TRC cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the Queensland Government mapping as it is updated on an ongoing basis.

The Heritage Overlay maps only identify Local Heritage Places. Refer to the Queensland Heritage Register for the current list of State Heritage Places.

Flood Investigation Maps

This is a reproduced Queensland Government map adopted from the Interim Flood Assessment Overlay with some Department of Resources Level 2 mapping. The source of information for this map is the best available information TRC had at the time of printing, however, may not be true and correct. Ground-truthing and further investigation should be performed prior to any development.
