Stall Requirements
Tables and chairs can be supplied at no cost and table dimensions are approximately 736(w) x 736(h) x 1835(l)mm. Other equipment, including extension leads and powerboards, are the exhibitor’s responsibility.
Bump-In & Out
Bump-in will be 2.30–4.30pm Monday 14 October and 8.00–9.30am Tuesday 15 October. Exhibitors must be set up by 9.00am Tuesday 15 October and not begin bumping-out before 1.00pm.
Insurance
Exhibitors are responsible for their own insurances and expo organisers accept no responsibility for failure to hold adequate insurance for this event. You must provide a copy of your certificate of currency for public liability with Tablelands Regional Council noted as an interested party with your expression of interest.
Queensland and Australian government departments are exempt from listing Tablelands Regional Council as an interested party but must provide a copy of the current certificate of currency with their expression of interest.
