If a registered builder, a copy of the confirmation of insurance must be provided if work is valued over $3,300, all domestic building work (not required for commercial building work or rural farm sheds). And/or Owner/Builder permit is required when the value of the proposed building works is $11,000 or more – All Domestic Work Note: Rural Farm Sheds – Owner Builder Permit is only required if works is valued over $27,500.00 Q-LEAVE - Portable Long Service Levy form completed including copy of receipt from Australia Post or online via Q-Leave website, ONLY complete if total cost of work is $165,000.00 (including GST) or more. (all building work) Assessment requirements for the following: Energy efficiency report - details or a computer modelled certificate for Class 1 buildings (major dwelling additions and dwellings). Engineered structural plans and site plan (all building work). Form 15 - engineering certificate (all building work). Site and soil classification report for foundation and slab design. Assessment requirements for the following: Drainage plan If development is in an un-sewered area supply wastewater design for septic tank, trenches and/or on-site sewerage treatment plant.
