And/or Owner/Builder permit is required when the value of the proposed building works is $11,000 or more – All Domestic Work Note: Rural Farm Sheds – Owner Builder Permit is only required if works is valued over $27,500.00 Q-LEAVE - Portable Long Service Levy form completed including copy of receipt from Australia Post or online via Q-Leave website, ONLY complete if total cost of work is $165,000.00 (including GST) or more.
