A referral agency response is a request for TRC to provide endorsement of building work that does not comply with specific criteria from the Queensland Development Code and/or the TRC planning scheme. The zoning and type of development will determine which criteria the application is assessed against. Common types of referrals are boundary setback, gross floor area and site coverage dispensations.
This application is only for lodgement of Local Government concurrence agency referrals pursuant to Schedule 9 of the Planning Regulation 2017 For other building related dispensations, lodgement of an application for building works assessable against the planning scheme will be required.
