We provide a weekly general waste collection (red lid) and a fortnightly recycling collection (yellow lid), including public holidays. Ensure your bins are out by 5am on the day of collection.
If your service is accidentally missed, leave your bin at the kerb and call 1300 362 242. A driver will return as soon as possible.
In the event of a garbage truck damaging your bin, contact us and we will repair or replace the damaged part. You are responsible for the costs for repairing damage caused by general wear, tear and misuse.
