Tableland Region Art Society Inc
TRAS includes a number of groups under its umbrella, including the Wednesday Art Group, Thursday Painters, TRAS-Inkers Printing Group, Tuesday Hand Sewing Group, Wednesday Craft and Sewing Group, Fibre Artists, Photography Group, Plein Air Group, and Children’s Art Club.
We provide opportunities for our members to engage with the Arts and participate in a variety of creative activities, including the chance to show their work in TRAS group exhibitions.
All committee members are volunteers. Members invited to undertake various roles including workshop coordination, leading art sessions
Encouraged to join TRC gallery volunteers and support the relationship
Annual exhibition at Tablelands Regional or Old Post Office Galleries (subject to successful application)
$50 per annum, family $65 payable January each year
Children’s Club by application to the Coordinator
Close relationship through individual members with TRC galleries
Visual Arts Association (Cairns based)
