Tablelands Country Rowing Club
Located 50m from the water on the banks of Tinaroo Dam, the Tablelands Country Rowing Club (TCRC) has to be one of the most picturesque settings in Australia.
As a growing community club, we cater for all age groups from 14 years of age upwards and all fitness levels. Whether you want to learn to row, keep fit or be competitive, the TCRC club is perfect for you.
Rowing is a low-impact sport that is gentle on the body, fantastic for the mind, and can still provide a great workout to help improve general fitness.
For those who have never tried the sport, the club runs a Learn to Row program over 8 sessions, with rolling starts. You could be on the water and learning how to row within the week from your initial enquiry. We also very much welcome experienced past rowers returning after extended periods away from the sport. The club conducted an intermediate program very much suited to those who haven’t seen an oar for a very long time or for those transitioning out of Learn to Row.
