A food and drink outlet and shop at the Atherton Christmas Tree Farm at 9658 Kennedy Highway, Upper Barron was approved, subject to conditions. The small-scale food and drink outlet and shop complement the farm operation.
Subdivision for Tolga
A 25-lot rural residential subdivision at 7387 Kennedy Highway, Tolga was approved, subject to conditions. The proposed lots range from approximately 4000 to 5500m2, and are accessed from Robb Road (off Willows Road).
